Victoria Gardens

How to do it right
Treat it like a downtown, not a mall: park once and stay. The garages and lots behind the storefronts are free — on weekend evenings skip the circling and take a garage a block out; the walk is shorter than the hunt. Weekday mornings are unhurried; Friday night is the city at full volume.
With kids, the cheat code is that two of the best stops are free or nearly: Bass Pro’s tanks absorb an hour like an aquarium, and the Biane Library anchors the Cultural Center — with Second Story and Beyond ticketed upstairs.

The free calendar
Chaffey Town Square is the venue: free summer concerts on Thursday evenings (July–September, 6–8pm), free movie nights on summer Tuesdays at dusk, the Female Maker Market on select 2026 evenings, and Santa’s arrival with the tree lighting in November. The calendar tracks all of it as dates are announced.
