Randall Lewis Second Story and Beyond

An immersive kids' discovery space above the Biane Library — climb Cucamonga Peak without leaving the second floor.

$$Kid-friendlyEasy parking

The Randall Lewis Second Story and Beyond takes up the second floor of the Paul A. Biane Library and turns it into a kids' discovery museum: an indoor Cucamonga Peak climb, an Adventure Zone, a Creation Station, Spectacular Senses, an Art Studio, and a STEM Lab. It's the most ambitious thing the city's library system has built, and kids treat it accordingly.

It's ticketed, not free like the library downstairs: $15 for ages 1–17, $16 for adults, $13 for seniors, and under-ones free. One policy worth knowing before you plan around it: adults are not admitted without a child. This is a space for kids, and they enforce it.

Now the caveat that earns this site its keep: as of July 2026, their own posted hours conflict with each other depending on where you look. Call before you go — it's a five-minute call that can save you a wasted trip with a car full of kids.
