The Lewis Family Playhouse has been the city's professional stage since the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center opened in August 2006, and its lane is specific: a professionally produced season aimed at families. The building got meaningfully better in April 2026, when the Courtyard Project wrapped: a permanent outdoor stage with its own sound system, shade, and expanded seating. Expect more programming to spill outside in good weather, which around here is most of it.
