Sports & recreation
Watching first: the Quakes at Morongo Field are the city’s franchise — Single-A baseball, six thousand seats, the San Gabriels doing scenery duty beyond the outfield. As of 2026 they’re an Angels affiliate; most of the internet hasn’t caught up, but you just did. For arena nights — AHL hockey, arena soccer, tours — Toyota Arena is fifteen minutes south in Ontario.
Playing: pickleball has colonized the parks (Red Hill’s courts run busy), the RC Sports Center covers indoor hoops and volleyball, and the Pacific Electric Trail is the default training route for every runner and cyclist in the city. Golf, gyms, and youth leagues round it out — we list what we’ve verified and skip what we haven’t.
