Terra Vista

Terra Vista is the planned community that filled the city's midsection through the 1980s and '90s — a Lewis Homes project of greenbelts, parks, and shopping centers strung along Foothill and Haven. It's less a destination than the connective tissue most residents live inside.

Its public face is Terra Vista Town Center on Foothill: the Starlight cinema, an entertainment cluster (indoor play, escape rooms, free-roam VR), and an eating-and-boba bench that includes the city's favorite tea house. The vineyard era peeks through once — the 1908 Virginia Dare winery tower stands over the Haven corner, repurposed but intact.
