Vince's Spaghetti

Red-sauce Italian by the vat, feeding Inland Empire families since before it was retro.

Vince's is not a date spot, a scene, or a secret. It's a red-sauce institution where the spaghetti arrives in portions calibrated for teenagers after practice, the garlic bread is mandatory, and half the dining room has been coming since childhood. The Rancho Cucamonga branch has anchored this stretch of Foothill since 1984, carrying a family operation that goes back decades further up the road in Ontario.

Order the meat sauce, get the mostaccioli if you must deviate, and take a quart of sauce home from the counter — locals do. Prices stay family-friendly, service is fast, and kids are not just tolerated but expected.

On the Route 66 food crawl it's the everyman stop between the Sycamore Inn's white tablecloths and the Magic Lamp's neon: zero pretension, maximum comfort.
