Noods Bar is one of the Japanese kitchens on Foothill Boulevard in the Route 66 corridor that carries most of the city's dining, part of a category that has grown steadily in the city's plazas — teriyaki grills, izakaya-adjacent rooms and family sushi houses that outnumber what the corridor signage suggests.
