KUWADA Sushi

KUWADA Sushi is a sushi and Japanese restaurant in Central Rancho Cucamonga. Sushi doesn't give a kitchen much to hide behind: rice, fish, a little wasabi and soy, and the rest comes down to knife work and timing. That's the appeal of a restaurant that puts sushi in its name.
