Day Creek

Day Creek is the city's young northeast corner, named for the creek channel that drains the mountains above it. Built out mostly in the 2000s alongside the Victoria Gardens project, it's where Rancho Cucamonga looks newest — wide boulevards, big schools, and mountain views that explain the price per square foot.

Living here means being ten minutes from everything the east side offers: the Gardens next door, the Etiwanda trailheads up the hill, and the 210 and 15 freeways for commuters. It's quiet by design; the action is at its edges. For visitors, it's mostly a scenic drive-through on the way to the preserve — with some of the best sunset mountain light in the city.
