That curation is a real point of difference. Wine bars default to the same distributor portfolios; building a list around under-represented producers means bottles you will not have seen before, presented by an owner who can tell you why each one is there.
Evening hours only, Wednesday through Sunday, with Sunday afternoons the exception. Walk-ins are explicitly welcome.
