Suite 170 at 9037 Arrow Route housed No Clue Craft Brewery before, and rather than let a space built for brewing go dark, The Brewmill moved in with a new name and new beer. In craft beer, taking over a proven location is the smart play — the hard part of opening a brewery is the buildout.
The Brewmill runs the classic taproom-only model: no kitchen, with rotating food trucks handling dinner. That's not a shortcoming; it's the format that keeps small breweries alive, and it means the food is different every visit.
It's the newest entry in the industrial-district beer scene alongside Rowdy's and Solorio, and new breweries deserve early visits — tap lists are still finding their shape, the brewers are usually the ones pouring, and your feedback actually lands.
