Mr Dumpling

Mr Dumpling does the noodle end of the city's Chinese cooking, on Foothill Boulevard in the Route 66 corridor that carries most of the city's dining. Rancho Cucamonga's Chinese bench is bigger than outsiders expect — over twenty kitchens — and the hand-pulled and wheat-noodle specialists are its strongest suit.
