Rancho Cucamonga's best coffee isn't an import — it's the hometown operation. Klatch has roasted here for more than thirty years, family-founded and woman-owned, and its espresso has won at the World Barista Championship level. That combination — genuine world-class quality, local roots — doesn't happen in most cities this size.

The Foothill Boulevard store sits in the Thomas Winery plaza, on the site of California's oldest commercial winery grounds, which makes it the rare coffee stop that's also a historic landmark visit. Order espresso if you want to know what the fuss is about; the single-origin pour-overs rotate and the baristas will talk you through them without attitude.

For the Route 66 centennial they released a 'Centennial' espresso in 2026 — a hometown roaster toasting the road its shop sits on. Drink it there, at the corner where the vineyard era and the highway era overlap.
