Hamilton Family Brewery

The brewery whose taproom motto is “Love people. Love beer” — dogs, families and food trucks all welcome.

Hamilton Family Brewery sits on Archibald Avenue in the industrial belt south of Foothill, which is where Rancho Cucamonga keeps its breweries — Rowdy's, Solorio and The Brewmill are all within a couple of miles.

The distinguishing thing about Hamilton is the room. The taproom runs under the motto “Love people. Love beer,” and the practical translation is a dog-friendly patio, families welcome, and rotating food trucks doing the kitchen's job. It is built as a place to stay for an evening rather than a tasting flight stop.

It also keeps later hours than most of the district — open to midnight Thursday through Saturday — which matters in a city where the breweries are the closest thing to a bar district.
