The city's own Halloween night: trunk-or-treating, a fun zone, carnival games and a silent disco at the RC Sports Center. Trunk-or-treat is free. A $10 wristband adds the Fun Zone, crafts and the silent disco. The biggest family Halloween event on the local calendar.
